New Wheely Nameboard Policy

As you are aware, Wheely recently underwent a rebranding initiative, solidifying our commitment to providing unparalleled service and protecting our passenger’s time. We were thrilled by the positive response we received from both our chauffeurs and passengers alike.

The new Wheely nameboard is a symbol of professionalism and attention to detail. This sleek and elegant nameboard is designed to ensure a perfect airport pickup.

Please make sure you only use this nameboard from the moment you receive your new board — do not use any of the old-style/previous boards.

Tips to ensure long durability

These nameboards are produced with high-end material offering much higher durability if taken with appropriate care. To ensure you don’t need to replace your free nameboard, please follow the instructions below:

  1. Handle with care to avoid damage and scratching;

  2. Keep in the protective bag when not in use;

  3. Only use a dry/wipe whiteboard marker pen;

  4. Clean with a soft, dry cloth after each use;

  5. If necessary, use a mild, non-solvent detergent and a damp cloth to clean it.

DO NOT USE SOLVENT OR ABRASIVE CLEANERS.

Is there a cost to acquire these new nameboards?

The first unit will be delivered free of charge to all Chauffeurs, whether they have been driving with Wheely for a long or short time.

Please note that if your board is lost/stolen or gets broken and you subsequently require a replacement to be made less than 12 months after receiving the new board, we will have to charge you for this replacement.

The cost of a replacement board is £36.
